From vision to tech pack
A sketch, a mood board or a reference photo tells us what you're picturing — but it's not something a factory can quote or produce from. In a consultation, we work through your idea alongside you and translate it into a proper technical pack: measurements, construction notes, fabric and trim callouts. You can also draw on the design library at our Sydney office, with ideas, techniques and physical beading and embroidery swatches to see how each finish looks in real life.
It's the difference between a beautiful idea and a garment someone can actually make, priced and sampled with confidence.

Design consultations, answered
Do I need a finished tech pack before I can book a consultation?
No. Most clients arrive with a sketch, a mood board or a few reference photos. Building the technical pack is part of what we do together, so bring whatever you have.
Is there a cost for a design consultation?
Send us a short brief and we'll confirm how the consultation is scoped, and any fees, up front, before anything is booked.
I already have manufacturing experience — can you help with just one part of the design?
Yes. Many clients come to us for one piece of the process, such as hand-beading design, fabric and trim selection or a fit review, and we're happy to work on just that.
Do you work with first-time designers as well as established labels?
Yes. We work with first-time designers launching a first collection and with established Australian and international labels, and the conversation is shaped around where you are.
Can a consultation lead straight into production?
It can. Our team can carry your design into pattern making, sampling and production through our trusted offshore manufacturing partners, managed from Sydney, with no minimum order quantity, so there's no hand-off between consultant and manufacturer.
